Our team of counsellors assists each beneficiary on their journey toward social reintegration. With a variety of tools at their disposal, our team helps beneficiaries in obtaining adequate permanent housing, mental health services, solutions to substance abuse or addiction problems, health care as well as employment and life management training.
The House of Nazareth works closely with real estate partners to provide a variety of affordable housing options in order for its beneficiaries to become independent.
A diverse range of activities enhance the brief stay of the beneficiaries. Through the information, outreach and skill-building activities, our beneficiaries recover the motivation and self-confidence to facilitate their social reintegration.
