The House of Nazareth is more than just an emergency shelter with beds and meals. Our resource centre offers a prevention and referral program. These services focus on housing and risk reduction in order to support people facing a temporary crisis.
We help people stay in their homes when they are threatened with eviction or to secure other available housing as soon as possible.
This program seeks to prevent anyone from experiencing the trauma and stress of homelessness. We work with them to stabilize their situation so that the difficulties they face do not prevent them from maintaining a safe and sustainable home.
